Support

CHA International Resorts has partnered with Community Home Australia, a registered Australian National Disability Insurance Scheme provider to offer a range of support services to make your travel dreams come true. Our Australian team can offer a full transfer escort service from Canberra, Sydney or Melbourne airport to Bali and return and our Indonesian team is able to offer an individualised array of personal care and clinical supports including up to 1:1 assistance with:

Activities of daily living including showering, eating, toileting, and dressing
Supervised onsite and offsite activities
Complimentary WiFi for All Members
Registered Nurse supports to manage wounds, nutritional supplements and enteral feeds, administration of medicines
Personalised rehabilitation is available from a Physiotherapist
Remedial massage is available onsite
Wheelchair Accessible Transport

Support Options

Personal and clinical care will be delivered by a degree qualified Registered Nurse.
Supports can be purchased on an hourly basis up to and including 24 hours per day.
All resort staff have received training in dementia care, first aid and person-centred care.
All villas are fitted with nurse call bells to request assistance 24/7.
Four fully wheelchair accessible villas have been renovated to include bathrooms meeting Australian, US and European disability standards
A range of medical equipment is available for hire including wheelchairs, shower chairs, crutches, walkers, mechanical lifters.
Funding to cover the cost of support services may be available through the NDIS depending on your plan and goals.

Onsite Activities

A range of daily onsite activities are included as part of the Silver and Gold Packages. All guests, visitors and locals are welcome to join in the onsite activity program with additional fees payable.

Off-site Activities & Tours

Offsite activities can be organised by Aashaya Jasri resort staff or organised privately by guests. Up to 3 offsite experiences are included in the Silver and Gold Packages (scheduled by Aashaya Jasri). Costs related to additional off-site activities are not included in the package deals.
